Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about venturing into uncharted territory as an organization founder, coach and consultant. Over the past twenty years, I’ve facilitated more than 40 strategic planning processes of varying size and complexity. I’ve done a deep dive into the neuroscience of change and incorporate that knowledge into my facilitation. I specialize in complex, multi-community and multi-stakeholder planning processes.

I also support individual clients to plan and implement significant change initiatives in which they are key leaders. Change-related topics that often come up include:
