Leadership Training

Since the early 80s,  I have been designing and facilitating training events on a myriad of leadership topics. Formats range from keynote presentations to entire series. Topics typically blend organizational learning, neuroscience, positive psychology and my own leadership theory and practice.

I co-designed a highly successful five-day program entitled “Leader as Coach Mastery Program” delivered multiple times for the Department of Defense, the Massachusetts Department of Correction, and the Airbus Group. The program teaches skills that enable participants to lead in a coach-like way. 

In 2016, I designed and delivered an eight-day program entitled "Leadership & Values in Action". Participants consisted of a newly formed team poised to succeed long time leaders retiring from their organization. This program is a great investment in the individual and collective development of a team preparing to take on significant challenges.

Blending a coaching approach to group learning with a decades-long background in adult development and a knowledge of the neuroscience of learning, my workshops are interactive, experiential and produce real advances in knowledge and skill.
