About Deborah Reidy:
Since 1996, Ms Reidy has worked in a consulting and coaching capacity full time. She has led hundreds of training events, planning sessions and retreats for people from all walks of life. She provides executive and leadership coaching to individuals and teams; she also combines coaching with other forms of team and leadership development. She has published several articles and book chapters and is writing a book on leadership. Ms Reidy holds an undergraduate degree in sociology and a masters' degree in Adult Education and Development. She is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator instrument. She recently completed an ICF-certified coaches training program and is in the process of attaining certification as a coach.
