During this holiday season, I recommend that you take a look at Arianna Huffington's recent book "Thrive." It's got lots of alarming data on the impact of our fast paced, plugged-in lifestyle. The effects of chronic sleep deprivation were especially concerning to me. More importantly, though, there are dozens of sensible suggestions for making small but significant changes and compelling arguments for why to do so.
